Application Requirements

- Current I-20
- Current I-20 also required for all Dependents

- Transfer Eligibility Form
- Letter from Advisor (Recommending that student take ESL courses): only if “English Proficiency” is met on I-20
- Application (Please wait at least 3 months after entry date to apply)
- Passport/Visa
- Passport/Visa also required for all Dependents
- I-94 to show valid status (must be valid until after first day of class)
- Bank balance statement (within past 3 months, at least $18,000 USD, +$6,000 USD per dependent)
- Affidavit of Support if you have a sponsor
- Administration & Administration: $250
